Money Back Guarantee
EgenSajt gives money back for the time it has been performance issues. At lower uptime than 99.14%/year, we compensate lost employment income with amounts up to a maximum of 2 times the paid annual amount. DDoS attack and similar outside influences are not regarded as performance problems but as downtime.
Extended SLA (Extra)
Case Management weekdays between 6-24:00 and respone made within 15 minutes after receiving the service request. Case management at other times promises response within 60 minutes after receiving the service request. We guarantee an uptime of 99.9%/year and we offer performance guarantee, which means full performance all times of day. The standard contract extended with compensation up to a maximum of 20 000SEK/year of lost labor income, at lower uptime 99.9%/year.
